Your XEOMIN Aftercare Routine Your provider will give you specific instructions, but generally, here’s what to keep in mind for the first 24 hours after treatment: Give it a rest: Avoid strenuous exercise Hands off: Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area Hold the alcohol: To reduce bruising, it’s best to avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 1 day after treatment Avoid laying flat: Try to remain upright for the first few hours after treatment to reduce the risk of treatment spreading from the target areas Warnings: XEOMIN may cause serious side effects that can be life threatening.
