Welcome to The Nest! By using our Wix website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all clients and site visitors.

1. Booking & Deposits

To reserve your spot, a small deposit is required at the time of booking through our Wix website.

2. Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

We understand that life happens! Here’s our simple cancellation policy:

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance:
    No problem—your deposit will move with you to your new appointment time.

  • Cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice:
    Your deposit will be used to cover the time we had set aside for you.

  • No-shows:
    May result in forfeiting your deposit and could require prepayment for future bookings.

To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure Wix-supported methods.

  • All service sales are final once completed.

  • For products purchased via our Wix Shop, returns may be accepted within [7–14] days for unused items in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Health, Safety & Childcare (If Offered)

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if a client arrives sick or poses a health risk.

  • If on-site childcare is offered, children must be registered and follow our childcare guidelines.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards purchased via our Wix site are valid for services or products and are non-refundable.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Discount codes must be applied at time of booking and cannot be added afterward.

6. Website Use & Content

All content on this Wix website—images, text, logos, and media—is the property of The Nest and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or services, you agree that The Nest will not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of this site or our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
