Welcome to The Nest Beauty Services ("The Nest," "we," "our," or "us"). By visiting our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products or services, enrolling in childcare, or otherwise interacting with The Nest Beauty Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern all services provided at The Nest Beauty Services, our website, online booking platform powered by Boulevard, and all purchases made in person or online.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

About The Nest Beauty Services

The Nest Beauty Services is a full-service salon and spa located in Riverdale, Utah, offering beauty, wellness, and self-care services in a family-friendly environment with complimentary on-site childcare during eligible appointments.

Services may include:

• Nail Services

• Hair Services

• Lash Services

• Brow Services

• Waxing

• Spray Tanning

• Facials

• Chemical Peels

• Microneedling

• Retail Products

• Gift Cards

• Complimentary Childcare

Services may change without notice.

 

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to consent to services.

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent before receiving services.

Some services have minimum age requirements.

Boulevard Booking Platform

Starting 7/28/2026:

Appointments are managed through Boulevard.

By booking with us, you authorize Boulevard to securely process appointment information, payments, deposits, cancellations, and appointment reminders.

Payment information is securely stored and processed by Boulevard and its payment processing partners. The Nest Beauty Services does not store your complete credit card information.

All appointments booked prior are through WIX.

 

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled:

• Online

• By phone

• In person

• Through Boulevard

Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staffing changes, illness, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Deposits

Certain appointments may require a deposit.

Deposits:

• Apply toward the final service.

• Are non-refundable if cancellation policies are violated.

• May be transferred when allowed under our cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled with sufficient notice as outlined during booking through Boulevard.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Cancellation fee

• Requirement of a deposit for future appointments

• Restriction of online booking privileges

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may result in:

• A shortened appointment

• Modification of services

• Rescheduling

• Cancellation fees

If arriving too late to complete your service safely or properly, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services.

We accept approved payment methods available through Boulevard, including major credit and debit cards and other supported digital payment methods.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Utah sales tax applies where required by law.

Gift Cards

Gift cards:

• Are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

• Must be redeemed in a single transaction.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Are non-refundable.

• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Online gift cards may be redeemed by entering the provided code during checkout when applicable.

Retail Products

Retail products may only be returned if:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned within the timeframe stated by The Nest Beauty Services

Opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products are generally non-returnable due to sanitation regulations unless defective.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of salon and spa services:

All completed services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hrs. 

At our discretion, we may offer:

• A complimentary adjustment

• A partial correction

• A redo with the original provider or another qualified provider

No refunds are guaranteed.

 

Health Disclosure

Clients agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, infections, recent surgeries, or other health concerns before services begin.

Failure to disclose health information may increase risks and may prevent safe treatment.

The Nest Beauty Services reserves the right to refuse services when necessary for client safety.

 

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Follow all aftercare instructions.

• Notify staff of discomfort immediately.

• Arrive with clean skin, lashes, nails, or hair as appropriate.

• Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.

Results vary between individuals.

No guarantee is made regarding longevity or specific cosmetic outcomes.

 

Childcare Services

The Nest proudly provides complimentary childcare during eligible appointments.

While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, participation is voluntary.

Parents or legal guardians acknowledge:

• They remain the child's legal guardian at all times.

• They authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.

• They have disclosed allergies, medical conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, and emergency contacts.

• They understand children may participate in age-appropriate play activities.

Parents must remain on-site during childcare services.

Children who are ill may not attend childcare.

The Nest reserves the right to refuse childcare if it would compromise the safety of any child.

 

Childcare Liability

The Nest Beauty Services exercises reasonable care while supervising children.

However, participation involves normal childhood risks including:

• Trips

• Falls

• Minor bumps

• Playground activity

• Interaction with other children

Except where prohibited by law or caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct, parents agree to release The Nest Beauty Services from liability for ordinary accidents or injuries occurring during childcare participation.

Service-Specific Policies

 

Nail Services

Clients should report lifting, irritation, or concerns promptly.

Artificial nails may damage natural nails if removed improperly.

The Nest is not responsible for damage caused by picking, biting, improper removal, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

Lash Extensions

Fill appointments require:

• Previous application by The Nest Beauty Services.

• Appropriate retention.

Appointments beyond two weeks may require upgrading to a longer fill appointment.

Appointments beyond three weeks or with insufficient lash retention may require booking a new full set.

 

Lash Lift & Brow Lamination

Results vary depending on:

• Lash length

• Hair texture

• Previous treatments

• Home care

Clients acknowledge possible temporary irritation, uneven results, or limited lift due to natural lash characteristics.

 

Hair Services

Chemical services and color results vary.

Clients are responsible for disclosing previous chemical treatments.

Corrective color services may require multiple appointments.

 

Waxing

Clients should avoid tanning, retinoids, exfoliants, or other contraindicated products before waxing.

Temporary redness or irritation is normal.

 

Spray Tanning

Clients agree to follow all preparation and aftercare instructions.

The Nest cannot guarantee exact color outcomes due to individual skin chemistry, medications, lifestyle, and aftercare.

 

Facials, Chemical Peels & Microneedling

These treatments involve varying levels of skin exfoliation.

Clients understand possible:

• Redness

• Peeling

• Dryness

• Sensitivity

• Temporary irritation

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results.

 

Allergic Reactions

Although high-quality professional products are used, allergic reactions cannot be completely prevented.

Clients accept the risk of sensitivity or allergic response.

 

Photography & Marketing

Unless a client declines in writing, The Nest Beauty Services may photograph services for educational, marketing, social media, website, or promotional purposes.

No identifying personal information will be shared without permission.

Clients may request not to be photographed.

 

Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Copy website content without permission.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Interfere with website operation.

• Submit false information.

 

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, photographs, website content, educational materials, and marketing content remain the property of The Nest Beauty Services.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

 

Privacy

Your information is collected solely for providing salon services, appointment scheduling, childcare registration, payment processing, communications, and legal compliance.

Information may be processed through Boulevard and other trusted service providers.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive:

You may also opt into marketing communications, which can be unsubscribed from at any time.

 

Refusal of Service

The Nest Beauty Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to:

• Safety concerns

• Illness

• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Inappropriate conduct

• Failure to follow salon policies

• Non-payment

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, The Nest Beauty Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, childcare, or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

 

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nest Beauty Services, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from violations of these Terms, inaccurate health disclosures, misuse of products, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

Changes to These Terms

The Nest Beauty Services may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Utah.
