As a Childcare Team Member at The Nest, you will supervise and engage with children while their parents are receiving services in the studio. Your role is to ensure a safe, playful, and nurturing environment where kids feel happy and parents feel at ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children in a small group setting, ensuring their safety and well-being

• Engage children in age-appropriate play, crafts, or quiet activities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare space

• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and team members

• Follow check-in and check-out procedures and ensure only authorized adults pick up children

• Monitor for any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns and report to management as needed

• Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all families
   

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• Patient, warm, and attentive demeanor

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to stay calm under pressure

• Comfortable working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
