Liability Waiver, Photo Release, Refund and Cancelation Policy
LIABILITY WAIVER
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to receive services at The Nest Beauty Services. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Waxing, facials, lash extensions, spray tans, nail services, and other beauty services

Use of salon/spa facilities

Participation in any on-site childcare or childwatch services (if applicable)
I understand that:

The Nest's licensed professionals and staff follow all proper safety, sanitation, and industry standards.

There are inherent risks involved with any personal care service including allergic reactions, irritation, skin sensitivity, or injury.

I must inform the service provider of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or relevant health concerns that may affect my treatment.

If I choose to bring my child(ren), I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior while on the premises. The Nest staff may assist with supervision, but ultimate responsibility lies with the parent or guardian.
I release, waive, and discharge The Nest Beauty Services, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action that may arise from my services or presence on the premises. This waiver applies to any physical, emotional, or financial injury or loss, including exposure to or illness from communicable diseases such as COVID-19.
I have read and understand this release of liability. I voluntarily agree to these terms.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant The Nest Beauty Services and its representatives the right to take photographs and/or video recordings of me (and/or my minor child, if applicable) while receiving services or participating in events on-site. I understand that these may be used for:

Marketing and promotional materials

Social media platforms

Website content
-
Educational or informational purposes
I understand that:

My likeness may be used without compensation.

These materials may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed.
I may withdraw this consent at any time in writing, but that withdrawal will not affect materials already in use.
Refund Policy
At The Nest, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy below:
Services
All service sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. We may offer an adjustment or credit at our discretion.
Deposits

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will transfer to your next appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Retail Products
We want you to love what you purchase! Unopened, unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Opened or used products are non-returnable, unless defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
