As a Waxing Esthetician at The Nest, you’ll provide expert waxing services in a clean, calming, and judgment-free space. You’ll help our clients feel their best through gentle technique, professional service, and strong attention to hygiene and comfort. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about women’s wellness and creating a positive experience—especially for new or nervous waxing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of waxing services including brows, face, body, bikini, and Brazilian

• Create a welcoming, respectful, and calming atmosphere for clients

• Maintain high sanitation standards and follow all safety protocols

• Educate clients on pre- and post-waxing care

• Help clients feel confident, heard, and at ease throughout their service

• Manage appointments and maintain accurate client notes as needed

• Stay up-to-date on trends, techniques, and product knowledge

• Work as part of a supportive team and contribute to a positive studio culture
   

Qualifications:

• Current Esthetician license in the State of Utah

• 1+ year experience in waxing preferred (especially Brazilian waxing)

• Strong attention to cleanliness and client safety

• Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure

• Passionate about helping women feel confident and cared for

• Ability to build client relationships and encourage rebooking

• Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
