Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if 24hr notice is given. All retail sales are final Packages, Memberships & Promotions Service packages, memberships, and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused services in a package or membership have no cash value. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product or service at The Nest Beauty Services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Late Policy: At The Nest Beauty Services, we value your time and the time of our providers. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests, please review our late policy: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in: A shortened service to respect the next guest’s appointment, or the appointment being rescheduled, depending on availability. If we are unable to complete your service due to lateness, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Guests arriving 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
