Achieve a natural, sun-kissed glow with our professional spray tan services. Perfect for special occasions or maintaining a year-round tan. 24 Hours Before Your Appointment. This is your most crucial prep time. Exfoliate Thoroughly: Remove dead skin cells and any old tan. It ensures a smooth, even application and an even fade. Use an oil-free scrub, an exfoliating mitt, or a dry brush. Pay extra attention to dry, rough areas like your elbows, knees, hands, and ankles. Avoid bar soaps (which can leave residue) and oil-based scrubs, as the oil can create a barrier on your skin. Complete All Hair Removal: Shave at least 24 hours before your appointment. Wax at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows time for your pores to close. If pores are open, the tanning solution can settle in the small dots and create a noticeable, dark "speckled" look. Finish Other Beauty Treatments: Get any manicures, pedicures, facials, or massages done 24 hrs. before your spray tan. Soaking or products used during these services can strip the tan if done afterwards. The Day of Your Appointment: Arrive with Clean Skin - shower a few hours before your appointment to ensure your skin is completely clean, dry, and cool. DO NOT apply any makeup, lotion, moisturizer, oil, or perfume. These products act as a barrier and will prevent the tan from adhering correctly, leading to streaking or patchiness. DO NOT wear deodorant. Deodorant can react with the tanning solution and turn your underarms a green color. Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing to and from your appointment. The tan can rub off or smudge with tight clothes. Opt for soft fabrics (like cotton) and avoid anything restrictive like jeans, leggings, or a tight bra. Wear flip-flops or open-toed sandals to protect your feet. Your technician will provide you with a hair net, disposable underwear and nipple pasties and sticky feet to protect the soles of your feet. You can wear as much or as little as you are comfortable with (most choose a thong or go nude for no tan lines).
