Here’s exactly what you can expect during your appointment: Nail Shaping: Your nails are carefully shaped and refined using professional files to achieve your desired length and style. Detailed Cuticle Work (Dry—No Soaking): Instead of soaking, we use professional tools and an e-file to gently: Lift and remove dead cuticle buildup: Clean the nail plate & Perfect the cuticle line. This step is key to achieving a clean, long-lasting manicure. We never cut live skin, ensuring nail health and safety. Nail Plate Cleansing: We remove all dust, oils, and debris from the nail surface to create the perfect base for product adhesion. This is essential for preventing lifting and chipping.
Cancellation Policy
Services All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary correction at our discretion. Complimentary fixes apply only to issues related to the original service and do not cover damage caused by impact, improper aftercare, or normal wear and tear. No adjustments or corrections will be offered after 48 hours. Clients must contact The Nest Beauty Services to schedule any fix or repair. Walk-in fixes are not guaranteed. Thank you for understanding and supporting our licensed professionals and policies. Deposits & Booking Fees All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if 24hr notice is given. All retail sales are final Packages, Memberships & Promotions Service packages, memberships, and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused services in a package or membership have no cash value. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product or service at The Nest Beauty Services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Late Policy: At The Nest Beauty Services, we value your time and the time of our providers. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests, please review our late policy: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in: A shortened service to respect the next guest’s appointment, or the appointment being rescheduled, depending on availability. If we are unable to complete your service due to lateness, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Guests arriving 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Free Childcare Reminder: If you are using our complimentary childcare, please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in so your service can begin on time.
